Dr. Mesut Avci is a seasoned Sustainable Energy & Resource Efficiency professional with more than 15 years of work experience in the USA, Türkiye, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia.  He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM/AEE) and a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP/AEE). 

Dr. Avci currently serves as the Chief Engineer for Türkiye Green Economy Financing Facility (Türkiye GEFF) and Turkish Sustainable Energy Finance Facility (TurSEFF) III frameworks developed by the EBRD, which support the development of Sustainable Energy & Resource financing throughout Türkiye.
